They are not the terms for any paid engagement — services 187N delivers to clients are governed by a separate signed agreement (a Master Services Agreement / Statement of Work and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement). 1. About these terms

Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of any result, outcome, or metric. Any figures, case studies, or performance claims are illustrative unless confirmed in a signed agreement.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

  • use it for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site (including via malware, scraping that degrades service, or denial-of-service techniques);
  • submit false information through our forms, or submit another person's personal data without their permission; or
  • copy, reproduce, or republish Site content except as permitted in Section 4.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, logos, the 187N name and mark, and software — is owned by 187N or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print Site content for your own internal evaluation. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

5. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, a scheduling tool, video, or analytics). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Forms, demos, and bookings

When you submit a form or book a call, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. We process this data in line with our Privacy Policy. Booking a call does not create any commitment to purchase, and we may reschedule or decline at our discretion.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 187N will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes

We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law
