Operators+Agents
Our mission is to end the rental economy in e-commerce operations — replacing the stack of subscriptions every brand leases with infrastructure they own.
At 187N, we build AI systems the way operators build companies: in production, accountable, and owned. We call this the deed.
Every e-commerce brand we meet runs on the same architecture: six to twelve subscriptions, none of which talk to each other, all of which get 30% more expensive every year, and none of which the brand will ever own. The industry calls this a stack. We call it rent. And rent compounds in the wrong direction — when you sell the company, the subscriptions you spent years configuring are worth exactly nothing in the data room.
So we build the alternative: a workforce of fifty agents across customer service, creative, retention, operations, and intelligence — written as code, installed in the client's repo, running in the client's cloud. Delivered live in one week, not slide-decked over a quarter. When the build is done, there is nothing left to cancel and nobody left to depend on. Built once. Owned forever.
LeadershipOwnership is the product. And the job.

Designs the builds and writes the standards every agent ships against. The architecture decisions on this site are his.
Backed by no one.Funded by builds.
No venture capital. No board deck. No growth targets that pressure us into selling you something you don't need. 187N is financed by the thing it sells — shipped builds — and run by people who operate their own companies with the same infrastructure they install for clients. The incentive structure is the pitch: we only get paid when the system works.
CareersWe hire builders, rarely.
We're deliberately small — the capacity cap is the quality model, and headcount is the wrong lever for us too. When we do hire, it's engineers and operators who've shipped to production and can show the repo. No cover letters. Send something you built.
