We started 187N because we kept watching the same thing happen: brands renting twelve tools that don't talk to each other, agencies shipping slide decks instead of systems, and AI pilots that never reach production.
So we build the opposite — agent infrastructure that goes live in a client's repo within a week and belongs to them forever. That standard is easy to write down and hard to hold at scale. Holding it is the whole job.
We've grown past forty people, and we hire for the same thing we hired for at four: builders who'd rather have their name on a deployed system than on a strategy deck. Every person here ships work a client will own for years after handoff. That's pressure. It's also the most honest job description we can write.

A demo is an opinion. Deployed code with an audit trail is a fact. Everything we make ships to a live system within days, and your name is on the commit.
Ownership over activity.
Nobody counts your hours; the runbook counts your work. You own builds end to end — architecture, deploy, handoff. When it breaks, it's yours to fix. When it runs for years, that's yours too.
One standard, every build.
Forty people, one bar: live in a week, logged per action, owned by the client. Growth never gets to dilute the deliverable — the standard scales or the headcount doesn't.
